Who We Are
AIACVISION Inc. is a U.S.-based provider of AI-driven vision inspection solutions for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. We develop advanced inspection systems that help manufacturers improve product quality, increase inspection efficiency, and strengthen quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Our technology combines AI deep learning with advanced pattern recognition and specialized optical design to detect a wide range of cosmetic and physical defects at high production speeds. Multiple lighting configurations and full-surface imaging enable reliable inspection of challenging products, including transparent capsules and complex solid dosage forms.
Our portfolio includes AICIM capsule vision inspection systems; AISIM solid dose vision inspection systems for tablets, capsules, and softgels; AIBIM blister vision inspection systems; capsule vision inspection and checkweighing systems; solid dose sorters; and vision inspection modules for counting and packaging equipment.
Our systems are designed for high throughput, precise defect detection, fast product changeover, and flexible integration into pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production environments. They support modern manufacturing and compliance requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11-ready functionality. A software version or configuration supporting 21 CFR Part 11 is available as an optional purchase and is provided when selected by the customer.
