Sequential Container Filling
Arrange collection containers on the rotary platform.

Discharge and collect a range of products in sequential containers with the DIT-5 discharge index table. Use it for standalone product handling or coordinate it with upstream production equipment. Control signals, power and container requirements depend on the installation.

AICIM-3000 Integrated with Index Table
Arrange collection containers on the rotary platform.
Set the target count on the connected inspection machine.
Inspection pauses while the next container moves into position.
Inspection resumes once the next container is ready.
Supports all AICIM and AISIM models.
Powered by the connected inspection machine.
Match container size and discharge position to the connected machine.

Sequential product collection is useful beyond capsule, tablet and softgel inspection. Evaluate the product, collection container, target capacity and discharge arrangement for the application.
Use the table independently or coordinate indexing with upstream equipment. For the existing AICIM/AISIM configuration, the connected inspection machine supplies count-based control and power; other installations require a suitable control and power arrangement.
The table collects discharged products in sequential containers. A range of products can be assessed for the selected collection arrangement.
Coordinate indexing and discharge signals with the upstream equipment; the control and power arrangement depends on the installation.
Provide product, container dimensions, capacity, discharge height, footprint and required interfaces.
Yes. Standalone discharge and collection are possible with a suitable control and power arrangement.
